Returns

  1. Not possible. Transactions and all sales are final.

  2. Seller is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  3. Orders will ship once all items in an order are available. If you want an item in an order to ship before a pre-order is available, please place two separate orders.

  4. Please allow up to 30 days for arrival for international shipping. At least 14 days for US.

  5. The best products that are sent from the printer are chosen for sale. However, please note the following are not considered damaged:​

    • ​Dented or crushed corners smaller than 1.5cm

    • A tear/rip/cut/mark or visible scratch on the front of the book or spine smaller than 1cm

    • An ink smear from the printer on the cover in excess of normal printing products

    • Ripped or bent pages that don't affect the text on the pages

    • Scratches, marks, bends, or residue on the back of the book

    • Issues with the top or bottom edge of the book

    • Creasing or folding on the top or bottom of the book spine—Wavy pages

    • Bent corners or "dings" on the side of Art Prints or Bookmarks

    • Curling edges on Vinyl Stickers

International buyers (outside the United States): any taxes or duties imposed by the buyer's country or local government are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipping rates are estimates. Any excess international postage paid will be refunded once your order is processed.

DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS KINDLE

  1. Log into your Amazon account and tap the Account or Profile button at the top of the page.

  2. Scroll down and select See All Account, and then Content & Devices.

  3. Click Preferences, open Personal Document Settings, and scroll down to Approved Personal Document E-mail List.

  4. Add every email address you might send email from.

  5. Scroll up just a bit to Send-to-Kindle E-Mail Settings. Write down your @kindle.com email address.

SEND TO KINDLE

  1. Hold down on 'download' once you get your confirmation email with the eBook file.

  2. Click Share 

  3. Select your Kindle App

OR

  1. Download to your device.

  2. Search for the eBook file in your downloads folder on your mobile or tablet device.

  3. Hold down on the file until options appear.

  4. Select Share.

Open the file with either open your Kindle App or select the Mail App and email the file to your @kindle.com email. Make sure your email address is added to your safe senders list (see above).

Refresh your Kindle Downloads/Library and the file will appear. This could take a few moments depending on the size.

 

 

DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS OTHER

  1. Click the "Download" button once you have completed your purchase or within the confirmation email. 

  2. The file will download onto your device.

  3. Go into your "Files" or downloads on your device and click on the eBook. 

It will then open automatically in your Apple Books App, if you have an Apple Phone and or/the App.

Or within your devices default book application.
